Last September, the House of Dior released a new cologne for men named Dior Homme Sport, which is avowedly destined to rope in a younger customer, aged 25 to 40, as well as a more international audience. Judging from online fragrance websites, it is a beloved cologne with high approval ratings. 
Dior Homme Sport is a woody aromatic fragrance for men. The nose behind this fragrance is Francois Demachy. The fresh, uplifting top note is Sicilian lemon, obtained by cold-pressing the peel of the fruit, which brings its refined and daring quality to the top note of Dior Homme Sport. While heart note features a tropical plant ginger, highly appreciated for its fresh, suave scent. Ginger bings a dense and fresh sparkle to the middle note. Base notes are built around cedarwood, rosemary and lavender, bringing an intense and energetic quality.
Provocative and enchanting, Dior Homme Sport is imbued with the brashness of youth and a vivifying freshness. With ginger as the pre dominant spicy note, this ardent and yet delightfully fresh composition opens with a fresh and bursting Sicilian Citron accord while at the base the Atlas Cedarwood accord offers a masculine and elegant anchor. Compared with the majority of sporty fragrance on the market, it maybe less luxurious, but due to its fresh and energetic characteristics, if I would like to present a sport fragrance to my boyfriend, this one must be my choice.
